well ive been lettin the stories build up for a while...and now i can tell two or three. We'll start with the most recent...yesterday (as some of you may know) was Cinco De Mayo...which apparently is exciting in mexico. so on thursday we were discussing what to bring in. our requirements were: it has to be of mexican origin and it has to be pre made and she wont bring anything in. ok..what mexican origin? whatever...one of the girls managed to make a cake with spanish writing on it. "can we bring in brownies too?" we asked.
for this next part i want you to scream the word as loud and annoying as possible...don't worry you wont get in trouble.
"NO!"
thats about how loud and annoying our response was.
haha so the same girl made a brownie cake type thing...and turned the frosting into a mexican flag. we figured...how can she say no? Erin (the girl) made it and its from spanish origin...kind of.
"I TOLD YOU NOT TO BRING IN BROWNIES WE CANNOT EAT THAT PUT IT AWAY"
very lovely teacher huh?
so luckily...it was "treat" day in english, cos our teacher felt bad that our Romeo and Juliet tests werent graded yet...so erin replied to our lovely spanish teacher "their for english"
but anyways...andy catone kept trying to steal the brownies...and he almost got it, but then ms. maglauchlin looked up from pouring soda...and saw him. after that, we werent allowed to bring out any more food that we had brought in. so...the girl that brought in chips and mexican dip wasnt allowed to hand it out.
moral of the story? we had a cinco de mayo feast in english! it was amazing...we had the chips, remains of the soda, and the brownie cake.
