These are the rules:
*Do not be rude to me or the RPT staff.
*Respect each other.
*Please do not post twice in a row in your tutorial. I will delete your second post if you do so.
*Always watch your grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
*Dictionary.com & Thesaurus.com will become your friend. Check it if you're not sure how to spell something.
*Don't godmod unless the other person and I say you can.
*Space your paragraphs. I don't want to have to read two paragraphs that are ten lines long each.
*NO one liners. I will freak if I see one liners. Seriously.

Nastily Exhausting Role-play Directions
I’m not going to go too in-depth in everything, as these are just the basics of role-playing. So, let’s begin shall we?
Always watch your grammar, spelling, and punctuation. This is not hard at all – its one of the easiest rules. Honestly, all you have to is type up your post in MS Word or some other type of word processor that checks spelling, grammar, punctuation, and has the word count tool. Besides, if you type up one super long post and for some reason the forum doesn’t post it and you lost the post, you will always have a copy on word.
Don’t ever godmod without permission. Some RPGs allow godmod (not us), but it is a universal rule to never godmod. Godmoding is to control another character that is not yours. Godmod can be rather hard to understand, but basically it is you saying that something happens to another person, that you when you hit them they fell, or that you saw them doing something, et cetera. So, don’t ever godmod without permission.
Always space your paragraphs. It may not seem like such a bid deal, but if you don’t space your post correctly, it makes your post quite hard to read. Skip a line every time your character says something new.
One-liners are never acceptable. This rule has to be the golden rule of Rping. Heck, it must be the golden rule of all boards, RPG or not. One-liners are considered SPAM and at most websites spam posts are deleted immediately. A post at least five lines long is considered fairly well done. Its not hard at all. Just mention your character’s reactions, thoughts, feelings, and actions. One-liners are dull and don’t give the other Rper much to work with. I mean, honestly, what sounds better:
Elena ran out and greeted her friend,
"Guess what!”
OR:
Your mother is pregnant.. Oh, when Elena heard those words, the rainy day seemed to shine. Nothing could go wrong today. As Elena made her bed, he thoughts continued to meander to the concept of a sibling. What if it was a girl? A boy? Elena had always been an only child, but now! It was so – wow! Elena was so excited. She had to tell her best friend, Kelsey, and so with that goal carved in stone, Elena set off down the road to the Jones’s home in search for Kelsey. As soon as Elena laid eyes on her blonde friend, she immediately hurried over, her chocolate brown pigtails bouncing behind her.
“Oh! Guess what, Kelsey! I’ve got wonderful news!” the girl exclaimed with an aura of pure joy, her brown eyes dancing with glee.
See? What sounds better? Which can you reply to with your best? Though, you must do better than me – that must have been my worst post ever!
Always keep canonicity in posts. This is a huge deal! Canoncity is basically "sticking to the books" Cats can not suddenly go invisable, or be one-hundred percent perfect. Even Fireheart had some scratches, cuts, loss of hair, a mark across his nose, heck he even died once. Stick to the map, when writing direction wise and check it often. Kits are not perfectly behaved...etc. BE BELIEVABLE!
The basics of character interaction:
*Posting Etiquette (Posting in the order you joined the thread and waiting patiently for other’s to post rather than bothering them to post)
*Follow Godmod Rules
*Long, Fodder-Full Posts
*Follow the Plotline, meaning when a leader tells you that you can't do something because it would interfere with the plotline, DON'T ASK QUESTIONS JUST DO IT! Its more fun that way.
Fodder is love. Fodder is detail. Seriously, HAM IT UP! You want your posts to be long. The more fodder, the better. Savvy? ;D
Writer’s block, bothering you? EVERYONE SUFFERS THIS Well, when you’re suffering from a weeklong writer’s block, always make sure to PM everyone that is currently in the same thread as you so that they know. Anyway, everyone suffers from writer’s block, so don’t freak our. Just post as best as you can.
Random Points to Remember
